In Chinese New Year, every day will celebrate different festival. The 7th day in the Chinese New Year is mean "People Day". From the China history, this day is consider everyone birthday.

When this day is coming, if the weather is good then mean we all will get health but if raining then we will get sick in the year. In this day every family will go restaurant to celebrate and eat among themselve and the most important in the meal is "Yu Shang".

"Yu Shang" will contain seven different foods are fresh salmon, grapefruit, melon, orange, vegetable, source and shortbread. When it put together in a plate then everyone will stand up and fold it then shout "Lao Ah! Huat Ah! Ong Ah! We will fold it higher and higher to step onward and upward in our work, study, business and others.
Besides that, we also will eat noodles when day if seven. It is because noodles is long and when we eat then we will wealth and longevity. This day also is our birthday so eat noodles will like celebrate our birthday.
